APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Albuquerque

Rudy, the main gentleman that is in charge of the apartment upkeep, is phenomenal. I have had multiple, urgent repairs performed by him, in my studio and he has always been incredibly patient and hardworking. The leasing agents frequently change, but he is consistent and reliable.

Great place. Staff is very responsive and takes care of anything promptly. My water heater was leaking and Rudy took care of it right away.

I miss this place so much! I will be coming back after my lease ends at this other place! I should have never left! Can't wait to be living here again!

I am a new resident of Dorado Heights. I would like to say that the staff is awesome! They are on top of everything! The grounds are kept very clean. Other than the irresponsible dog owners that do NOT pick up after their pets!

Moved from out of state during a difficult time. The staff was amazing from the beginning. Gina was so wonderful during the move in process. They were so flexible when we ended up not being able to move on the set day. We had a minor leak from the AC unit & Rudy immediately came to fix it. That has been our only issue & it was corrected quickly. No waiting. 5 minutes after we called he was at our door. We use the pool often on hot days & had the pleasure of meeting Jorge the other maintenance man. Always in a wonderful mood. I also have many packages delivered to me & Adrianna & Alicia are always there with smiling faces to assist. I hate that we have to move in June but if we could we'd renew our lease without a doubt. Wonderful location, with shopping & restaurants all around, great schools, & just amazing staff!

I've lived here for years. I love the area shopping and food places are a walking distance. The office people have always been friendly and helpful.
