Maintenance is wonderful here.
I just moved in to a studio here on Tuesday. Noticed right away that the toilet was constantly running, so placed a service request early the next morning. When I got home in the afternoon, the inner workings of the toilet had been replaced. That's service! Also, the studio is very well designed, so the space feels really good. They had replaced carpet, flooring, counter tops, and faucets, and painted all the walls, so the place felt like brand new. It's been such a pleasure to move into.
Rudy and George are the best maintenance guys ever. They are quick to respond and always willing to answer questions or show how something works. They are a valuable part of this community.
I am very happy with the process of the application, lease signing and move in.
Every single person I've worked with here has been so amazing and helpful! My apartment was exactly what I wanted! I am very happy . The band is pretty loud but waking up to music actually isn't too bad right ?
Janay at the front desk made my move in seem very easy. She handled multiple customers while working with me on my application. Very hard working front desk staff.
On top of that, I left my wallet in the office and Janay was quick enough to notice it was mine and on the floor. She was kind enough to give me a call so that I could pick it up.

Rudy, the main gentleman that is in charge of the apartment upkeep, is phenomenal. I have had multiple, urgent repairs performed by him, in my studio and he has always been incredibly patient and hardworking.
The leasing agents frequently change, but he is consistent and reliable.
Great place. Staff is very responsive and takes care of anything promptly. My water heater was leaking and Rudy took care of it right away.
I miss this place so much! I will be coming back after my lease ends at this other place! I should have never left! Can't wait to be living here again!
